Melbourne Quarter Wurundjeri Way

Located within the Batmans Hill precinct of Docklands, Lendlease’s $1.9b Melbourne Quarter project will deliver seven commercial and residential buildings connecting Docklands with the CBD.
In addition to 130,000 square metres of commercial office space, more than 50 percent of the Melbourne Quarter precinct will be dedicated to open space with a Skypark, central plaza and neighbourhood park.

ACE Civil was involved in the following scope of works:

• Demolishing of existing infrastructure
• Creating temporary pavements for construct-ability & construction of 2800m2 new road widening along Wurundjeri Way in both North & South bound directions.
• The project has adopted the West Gate Tunnel design for its pavement detail. Works are programmed from June 2019 and completion in May 2022 over 4 stages . Stakeholders include Lend Lease Development, Lend Lease Building, VicRoads and Ace Civil Services.
